- What is the cost to make a change on a proof after submission?
Any type changes to the first proof will be 10.00 CND per change.
- What is the shipping charge?
These fees are quoted based on your location.
Estimated: In Canada it is 7% of the total order (a minimum of $15.00)
Shipping outside Canada and the USA is 15% of the total order (with a $50.00 minimum)
Shipped Express Post or UPS.
- What about taxes?
If ordering outside of Canada, you don't have to pay any taxes.If ordering
from within Canada the GST (7%) applies in all provinces. Ontario orders also apply PST (8%).
- Why can't I specify the amount of response cards or thank cards that I need?
The amount of thank you cards and response cards are the same amount as the invitations ordered. If you require more, please contact us about your order
- How do you process our order?
1. When your submission is received we will confirm the information and final pricing on the order.
2. We will require a $50.00 deposit on your account to process the proofs.
We accept VISA for immediate results. Please visit our secure page to send us your VISA number.
3. We will forward to you a coloured mock up of all items within 2-5 business days. This will be an emailed PDF file. We can mail or fax you the samples at your request.
4. Once you approve your order, you will be billed for the remaining balance.
* Please note:
Water colour series items will be actual samples of the invitation and items you have ordered.
* Thermographic series items will be shown in flat coloured ink only- the final version will be raised. We will send you blank samples of the card stock that you have selected.
5. When you receive the proofs, make any changes required and fax back an approved copy with your signature. We will be happy to send you a free PDF file with the final changes made so you can rest assured that all changes have been made to your specifications. Please note that we must have your approval on all items before we can process the order.
6. When we receive the balance of the full payment by VISA (as explained in #2) or certified cheque we, will promptly process the order and delivery of your order will be arranged.
7. PDF Proofs are portrayed as accurately as possible in your computer preview. Actual colours and imprint may vary slightly. All text will be adjusted as needed to fit the card properly. Please proof your item carefully. If changes are required please advise us through our inquiry ASP. Once your order is approved, you agree that you have proofed your design, verified your information and authorize printing.
- Due to the intense labour of producing origami accents-orders may require estimated 8-14 business days to complete. Please advise us if we should rush your order.

- Do you offer hand calligraphy on the place cards?
We offer computerized calligraphy in our own fonts (seen on the font charts on your order page) on flat printed cards only
A charge of 1.00 CND each included guest name and table number. A set up fee of 35.00 is added.
- What happens if I forget to include a postal code with my addresses?
A charge of $1.00CDN per guest will be applied if a postal code is not included
